What measures do you take to safeguard intellectual property?
We ensure the confidentiality of your intellectual property by anonymizing all drawings, project details, and customer information. While a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is not required to work with NIG, we are always willing to sign one for your peace of mind. Furthermore, all partners in our network are bound by contracts to safeguard your intellectual property.
What type of drawings are required for us to provide an offer?
We accept 2D drawings or 3D models in widely-used formats such as AutoCAD (.dwg), Acrobat (.pdf), STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), and Parasolid (.x_t). If you only have a rough sketch of your product, we’re happy to assist in developing it into a detailed 3D model. This design can then be used for presentations, prototyping, or tooling production.
How much time does it take to receive an estimate?
We strive to deliver a quotation within two weeks. During this process, we thoroughly evaluate the design’s manufacturability, material, finishing, and other specifications. Additionally, we take into account the order quantity and logistical considerations. In some cases, further clarification from the customer may be required, which could extend the timeline for providing an offer.
What are the payment and shipping methods for prototypes or samples?
For prototypes or samples, payment is generally required upfront. We offer a variety of payment options, including bank transfers and online payments, to make the process easy and convenient. Shipping will be arranged according to your preferences, with reliable carriers ensuring safe and timely delivery. If necessary, we can expedite shipping, and tracking information will be shared as soon as the shipment is on its way.
Which Incoterms does your company provide for shipping and delivery?
We offer a range of Incoterms to suit different shipping and delivery needs, including but not limited to EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), and DAP (Delivered at Place). The specific Incoterm we use will depend on the nature of the order and the agreement made with the customer. We are happy to discuss the best option for your needs to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process.
